    Due to continued growth, Buildingstars is hiring! We are searching for an Operations Manager who knows how to develop and maintain the relationships within our customer portfolios. This means driving brand loyalty and growth while meeting retention goals.

    As the Buildingstars Operations Manager, you'll build and cultivate relationships with customers throughout the Houston area. We are looking for an energetic, proactive self-starter, who is able to multi-task in a fast-paced and expanding environment.

    Operations Manager Responsibilities Include:

    Proficiently managing client accounts to ensure long-term customer satisfaction

    Maintaining high customer retention rates that meet company standards

    Daily on-site interaction with customers

    Coaching and supporting our franchise owners and their overall business development.

    Coordinating the start-up of new accounts

    Promoting additional products and specialty services to existing customers

    Desired Skills & Experience:

    BA/BS Degree preferred

    1-3 years of account management, customer service, or sales experience

    Stable work history

    Exceptional relationship management and problem solving skills

    Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously

    Dynamic written and verbal communication skills

    Compensation package includes a base salary and commission with first year total earnings between $44,000-50,000.
