Buildingstars operates in 10 markets across the US and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us to grow within those markets and expand to others.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage all digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, email marketing, social media, and franchise lead-generation sites.
    • Identify and implement new marketing channels to grow the business.
    • Track and report on leads generated, conversions, and marketing spend by channel. Present this information to the Executive Leadership team.
    • Create blog content on a regular basis that is relevant to the commercial cleaning industry and aligns with our company values.
    • Send regular email marketing campaigns to potential customers and franchise owners.
    • Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter social media accounts.
    • Collaborate with Regional Directors, Master Franchise owners, and other senior management to define and implement an effective marketing strategy customized for each region.
    • Create digital assets via Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software to be used in various marketing campaigns. (preferred but not required)

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3 - 6 years of experience managing B2B and/or B2C marketing campaigns.
    • Experience with Google Ads, Email Marketing, and copywriting.
    • Ability to analyze marketing spend and conversions, and provide reporting to senior management.
    • Ability to influence and deliver win/win solutions.
    • High energy level, self-starter with a positive attitude.
    • Effectively communicate between corporate leadership, customers and the franchise community.
    • Critical thinking, creative problem-solving skills and solid decision-making processes are essential.
    • Performance driven and able to work independently delivering strong results.
    • Detailed/action oriented and demonstrates high standards of integrity, trust and ethics.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Graphic design experience
