Administrative Assistant - PART-TIME - Pittsburgh
Buildingstars is actively hiring a Part-Time (9am-1pm M-F), experienced Administrative Assistant for our regional office in Pittsburgh.
This position would be responsible for the following tass:
Answer all phone calls in a friendly and professional manner and route calls to the appropriate staff member(s)
Prepare sales proposals and support sales team
Provide day-to-day administrative support to all departments
Perform basic bookkeeping and clerical duties
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Plan recognition for coworkers' anniversaries and milestones
Manage calendars and appointments for team
Ensure conference room, supply cabinet, and common area is clean, fully stocked and well-organized
Key Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
2 years of college or administrative assistance preferred
Proficient with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.
Accounts receivable and CRM experience a plus
Professional demeanor
Able to multi-task and take on additional work
Detail oriented and well-organized
