We are currently seeking a HR Assistant for our corporate office. This energetic, positive, and driven individual will serve as a main source of office support and become an intricate component to our progressive team environment.

Typical duties include:
Make outbound calls to candidates in support of recruiting, prescreening them, scheduling them for interviews, providing information to them on open positions, instructing them on how to complete their online application
Perform onboarding activities including processing candidates via our cloud-based staffing software
Perform background checks, MVR checks, reference checks, etc.
Create/modify and/or post job descriptions
Perform offboarding activities
Update and maintain documents and notes within recruiting database
Work within NetSuite CRM
Manage and update company reports
Support President and VP via various projects
Act as point of contact for company vendors
Interact directly with our Regional Directors and candidates in a professional manner
Contribute to our business growth via your experience and creative contributions
Be a reliable team member, willing and able to do "whatever it takes" to continue our success in an ethical manner
Qualified candidates will have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Bachelor's Degree required
Professional demeanor
Positive disposition
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and take on additional work
Detail oriented and well-organized
Knowledge of CareerPlug, NetSuite and Gmail preferred
