    Job Description

    We are seeking a Client Services Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the management of the department and quality of service provided to our clients.  This is a Salaried Management Role position. Salary is DOE.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Plan, coordinate and implement large onboarding projects with IT and Operations
    • Direct and lead the work of technical staff
    • Evaluate new strategies and procedures
    • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
    • Maintain required project documentation
    • Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
    • Financial: Bank account Reconciliation, accounts payable, payroll
    • Program Management: Facilitate changes as required by regulations and clients
    • Reconciliation/Auditing: Sub-contractors and internal staff audits
    • Training: Ensure that staff are properly trained to meet new client/regulatory needs

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in information technology or other related fields
    • Strong project management skills
    • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Strong leadership qualities

    DEPARTMENT: Operations

    REPORTING STRUCTURE:  Reports to the Sr. Manager of Operations

    POSITIONS PURPOSE: Responsible to support and optimize the organization's day-to-day operating functions.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree with accounting or business classes preferred
    • 5 years of knowledge and experience with accounting practices preferred
    • Experience with spreadsheets required
    • Experience with PDF programs required

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    • Office functions will be performed primarily at the corporate office.
