    Position Overview:

    As an Inside Med/Pharma Sales Rep at Bull Oak Men's Clinics, you'll play a crucial role in initiating the journey of renewal for our clients. You'll be the main point of contact for individuals seeking assistance, understanding, and a path to rediscovering their vitality. Your empathetic approach, excellent communication skills, and commitment to fostering relationships will be essential as you guide prospective clients through treatment.

    Are you driven, competitive, and determined to succeed? Do you want to break into the world of medical sales? We would love to discuss an inside sales position selling medical treatments in a physician's office.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    ● Have 5-10 sales conversations per day.

    ● Actively promote products using our established strategies

    ● Uncover opportunities by listening for challenges your customers are facing.

    ● Grow your accounts by selling them additional product lines.

    ● Work with the VP of Sales and Sales Manager to identify opportunities and develop a plan to achieve your goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a healthcare-related field preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in short-process sales, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
    • Strong closing skills and the ability to handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence others.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Empathy and genuine care for patients' well-being, coupled with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also independently managing leads and sales pipeline.

    We offer a competitive compensation package, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $175,000, reflecting the potential for performance-based bonuses and commission.
