Responsibilities: • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard. • Book consultations for prospective clients and ensure that schedules are accurate. • Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently. • Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys to help grow our prospective client base. • Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed such as transcription, research, spreadsheet management and writing/responding to emails. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent needed, Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus. • Customer service or sales experience a plus. • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired. • Background in the legal industry is preferred. • Strong computer and data entry skills required. Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
