Responsibilities: • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard • Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate • Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases • Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently • Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency Qualifications: • Customer service or sales experience a plus • Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
