We are expanding operations throughout the Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio areas, as well as other US territories and, are looking for a results-oriented HR INTERVIEW APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER to join our team IN SPRING, TX!
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team-oriented/fast-paced environment and is in search of a long-term career opportunity!
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Calling applicants to schedule interviews
*Representing the company in a professional & friendly manner on every call
*Meeting & exceeding daily/weekly/monthly goals
*Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
*Passionate about your role in the success & growth of the company as well as your career
*Punctual with the ability to work M-F 8a-5p and possible overtime as needed
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & highly adaptable to change
*Highly focused & goal-oriented
*Quick learner who can rapidly master new tasks and maintain accuracy
*Professional demeanor with a natural ability to be the "face of the company" over the phone as well as with written correspondences.
*Proactive individual that can utilize their "instincts" to think outside of the box
*Excellent attention to details
*Excellent verbal & written communications skills
*Ability to read, speak & write in English-Spanish bilingual a plus!
*Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
*Demonstrated abilities to work harmoniously with all corporate divisions
*Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check
*Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
*High School diploma or GED
