Bulls Eye Recruiting is recruiting for a company based in California that is looking for an Account Manager for a Neuroscience solutions organization. The account manager position is responsible for sales growth from new and existing customers within an assigned territory for multiple product lines. The account manager will be the main point of contact with customers and will communicate their needs effectively by reporting to the supervisor. You will work closely with foreign suppliers to provide solutions for customers. Other duties may be assigned as needed. This position will receive sales training and coaching designed for personal growth
Duties
? Working remotely and residing in Texas or Maryland States (preferably Houston, Texas).
? Visiting our HQ in San Diego, CA, once in a quarter or more, especially during training
for the first half year.
? Visiting our customer sites in the US is required. Travel frequency is about twice or even
more per month. One trip is about two to three days most of the time.
? International travel may happen after the training period to visit manufacturers, mostly in
Japan.
? Consulting with existing clients and prospects in an assigned territory to understand their
research requirements and provide solutions.
? Running sales process and quarterly goals (i.e., prospecting, qualifying leads, and
closing sales.)
? Building and maintaining relationships with clients based on trust and respect in a timely
manner
? Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate order fulfillment and to improve
campaigns.
? Keeping accurate records on the CRM.
? Maintaining updated knowledge of a wide variety of company products and services.
? Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
? Providing excellent customer service by acting as a client advocate, focusing on
improving the customer experience.
? Providing on-site installation, training, and preventative maintenance of products to
customers.
Applicant requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent. A Masters Degree is preferred.
? Sales experience is not required, but plus. Wet lab experience in research labs (not only
at a teaching lab) is required.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
? The capability of working independently to complete tasks on time.
? Possessing a valid driver's license.
? Willingness to conduct domestic/international travel independently, including overnight
travel.
? Willingness to learn new product lines in a fast-paced environment.
