US Sales Director- Denver- Healthcare
Bulls Eye Recruiting is representing a supply chain intelligence software suite with a goal of bringing transparency and cost-conscious collaboration to the orthopedic surgical space. Job Duties:
This position is responsible for driving new platform subscriptions and professional services engagements that support customer outcomes. The Director of US Sales primary responsibility will be prospecting and engaging with key persons who have an interest in driving top dollar revenue growth by eliminating unnecessary charges and spend in the orthopedic implant space, namely the CFO, CEO, CMO, COS, etc. within these organizations. In addition, the Director of US sales will be tasked with creating a professional enterprise sales process that is replicable and includes pipeline management, qualification, and account planning across both Acute and Ambulatory spaces. The Director of US sales will liaise with Marketing to create a seamless customer experience.
Job Description
B2B healthcare software sales
Work directly with CEO and CRO to develop sales plan, and then execute on it
This role will rely on your ability to develop deep relationships, create win-win situations, understand the products, speak the customer's language, and sell.
Our contact center workflow engine integrates into telephony, practice management and EMR systems. Strong understanding of enterprise software a plus.
Develop greenfield territory, own full cycle from initial meeting through contract negotiation
Deal sizes average $150K in ARR with variance of ~$80K
Travel required ~25% of the time, overwhelming majority will be remote
Qualifications
3-5 years of healthcare sales experience; 5-10 years overall sales experience.
Experience with SaaS products and technical sales
Proven track record selling into IDN’s and Management Companies in the Acute and Ambulatory SC space.
Experience with complex software and consultative solution sales
Highly driven individual with experience working remotely
Integrity and transparency are essential
Living in or around the Denver metro area is preferred but not required
Compensation and Benefits:
Our client offers a very competitive compensation structure. On plan target earnings for this position are 175k annually.
