    Bulls Eye Recruiting is representing a Cybersecurity firm based in London that has opened a small office in the Domain in North Austin. Founded by some of the people behind Shazam and backed by the most experienced entrepreneurs, angels and VCs in London, they are a small, close-knit, deeply experienced team. 

    As their Customer Success Engineer you will be the key point call for their DMARC cloud SaaS solution and other cyber security products.

    This is NOT a Sales Engineer role.  This is an onsite role (no remote work considered) and you will deal with current customers (post-sale).  This is a salaried role with a bonus and is not commissioned.  This individual must be intelligent, know Cybersecurity, and be extremely customer focused.  

    You will...

    • Own the customer relationship and ensure their success
    • Understand and clearly communicate the customer's business objectives
    • Understand our customer’s email infrastructure and provide clear actions for their configuration
    • Onboard new customers and ensure successful implementations
    • Respond to issues and proactively communicate with customers to ensure success
    • Create knowledge resources to assist in customer self service
    • Contribute to the product roadmap as the eyes and ears of the organisation with our customers Provide technical training

     

    We like...

    • Proficiency in email authentication technologies SPF, DKIM, and DMARC /OR/ Strong understanding of DNS and networking
    • Knowledge of SMTP protocol, working with message headers, interpreting complex routing and receiver responses
    • Working knowledge of messaging (email traffic management) and routing
    • Experience and understanding of email security technologies OR experience of Supporting Security Applications Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Technical Account Management acumen
    • Experience in technical support and customer relationship experience (Ability translate complex technical capabilities into management friendly responses)
    • Drive for helping customers - understanding customer issues and explaining the resolution clearly, quickly and in simple terms
    • Natural problem solvers
