Bulls Eye Recruiting is looking for a seasoned sales person who has experience selling IT CONTRACT STAFFING SERVICES in Texas. The ideal person will have sold IT contract staffing services in Austin, but will consider candidates that have sold staffing in different cities in Texas as well. This is a HUNTING role where the sales person will look to FIND NEW BUSINESS AND GROW THEIR EXISTING PORTFOLIO once established. We are looking for people that are driven by commissions. This role will offer unlimited caps on their earnings potential! Our client offers a very aggressive base salary with fantastic commissions. The company is looking to grow from a 10 MM staffing agency to 20 MM staffing agency. They have recently received an investment in their company to help make this dream a reality. They just need a sales person to execute!
This person will be consultative in nature and work to help identify needs and implement solutions. This person will work along side a team of recruiters that will help fill the open roles. This person knows how do establish client relationships, partnerships and operations.
This individual will maintain a close working relationship with key client executives and managers to understand delivery issues, address concerns and maintain customer client satisfaction.
