    Bulls Eye Recruiting is representing a company that has data and analytical insights that enable marketers, planners, and media sellers to identify and reach the best consumer prospects and measure marketing campaign effectiveness by leveraging uniquely social audience insights.  Our client's insights are built upon a taxonomy of over 85,000 attributes (demographics, brand affinities, interests, TV shows, influencers, and IBM Watson Personality Insights) and linked to consumers covering 70% of US households.

    We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to join client's team and help them grow our direct to brand business. Candidates should be results-oriented professionals with experience in sales or business development and an understanding of programmatic data and its strategic applications.  This is a remote role with an excellent base salary and commissions.  

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and connect with target customers of our client's insights and data products
    •  Understand the client’s needs, goals and requirements and create custom solutions to drive real business results
    • Effectively manage and grow existing clients and build strong relationships in the industry
    • Work with internal data analysts and stakeholders to ensure efficient and seamless proposals to our prospects
    • Advise our buyers and prospects, guiding them how to best leverage our client's data and insights to meet their needs
    • Oversee pipeline, revenue forecasts and activity reports in Salesforce
    • Represent the company at industry events and client events

     

     Requirements

     

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in programmatic, data or DaaS/SaaS businesses, in Sales or in Account Management roles; experience partnering with programmatic platforms and digital teams directly at brands
    • Deep knowledge of ad tech, digital advertising, data, audience segmentation, and market research
    • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Professional and proactive approach to business with an ability to work in a fast growing start-up environment
