    Bulls Eye Recruiting is representing a start-up Cyber Security firm from London that is building their presence in the United States.  The company was founded in 2015 and just closed on Round A of funding.  The role will initially be remote, but will move to an office location in the future.  This person should be in Austin, Texas.  This person will be responsible for creating, managing and closing opportunities.  A majority of the leads will be inbound leads that require cultivating and closing.  A portion of the sales will be outbound calls as well.  A successful representative will know how to prospect for new business and delivering results against quota. The training will come from working with other successful sales representatives and working with the United States General Manager.  

    Ideal  background:

    • 3+ years of software selling experience in SaaS sales OR Cyber Security Solutions to CISO’s, CIO’s etc.

    • Track record of achievement in a sales role for a start-up or fast growing (Smaller company experience, ability to use own initiative essential)

    Duties of the Job:

    • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis.

    • Continually build pipeline of new business, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities.

    • Identify and pursue new targets with a US market emphasis (Your territory is the entire US!- No territories!!)

    • Become an expert on Cyber Security products and conduct discovery calls, presentations and demos with prospects and customers.

    • Develop and manage relationships with prospects and accounts in your territory.

    • Present, Demonstrate and sell value to C-Level prospects and key stakeholders within the accounts during fast moving as well as complex, solution sales cycles.

    • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.

       

    Successful Candidates Usually:

    • Are Self starters who have a "get it done" attitude

    • Consistent track record of exceeding quota.

    • High integrity – ethical sales not afraid to tell the truth.

    • Demonstrable experience of being creative in the sales process to find solutions to customer needs.

    • Entrepreneurial flair, inquisitive nature, strong negotiations skills and demonstrable business acumen, challenger sales approach.
