    Bulls Eye Recruiting is looking for a Sr Partner Manager for one of our clients.  In this role, you are a strategic leader with a proven track record in expanding partner ecosystems and driving revenue growth through effective co-selling and co-marketing initiatives. You have strong expertise in managing existing channels, recruiting impactful partnerships, and executing vertical-based business plans with quantified goals. This individual must excel in sales and pipeline management, consistently exceeding quarterly quotas and accurately forecasting revenue. ** THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE.  YOU CAN BE LOCATED IN ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, MASSACHUSSETTS, NEW YORK, PENNSYLVANIA, TENNESSEE, TEXAS, OR WASHINGTON.  NO OTHER STATES WILL BE CONSIDERED.  IF YOU LIVE IN SAN DIEGO, YOU CAN GO INTO THE OFFICE.  

    What You’ll Do

    As a Sr. Partner Manager you will work closely with our strategic partners, leading the expansion of our client's partners ecosystem and driving our channels revenue growth. You will develop comprehensive execution plans to acquire new customers through successful co-selling and co-marketing initiatives. You will manage existing channels and recruit / formalize new partnerships that will have a major impact on our client's revenue growth. You will drive the partner development and engagement efforts and lead partner relationships.

    As Sr. Partner Manager you will build a vertical-based business plan with quantified goals and milestones to achieve sales revenue growth metrics and to meet quarterly sales and pipeline development goals. Execute go-to-market (‘GTM’) activities, be accountable for exceeding quarterly quota, generating pipeline and forecasting revenue.

    You will also lead cross-functional activities (internally with our client's Marketing, Product, CS and Sales teams, and externally with our channel teams) and successfully execute our growth plans in the Field Service Management space.

    Ideally, we’re looking for:

    ? 5+ years of Channel Management and development experience.

    ? 5+ years experience in building and scaling revenue generating channels.

    ? 5+ years experience in driving channel sales and knowledge about B2B SaaS channel

    sales motion.

    ? Demonstrated ability to successfully exceed business targets and channel development

    goals.

    ? Willingness to travel (30%-35%)

    These would also be nice:

    ? Knowledge of HVAC organizations (leading manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and tech vendors) is a big plus!

    ? Experience in the Field Service Management or CRM software is a big plus.

    ? Team player with a “can-do” approach and hands-on mentality. Creative and eager to

    make a huge business impact.

    ? Thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and able to operate fluidly between the

    big picture and the small task, while never losing sight of results.
