Bulls Eye Recruiting is looking for a transformation consultant to drive business consulting initiatives, craft compelling executive presentations, and guide the storytelling process for client projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in business consulting and transformation, adept at translating insights into actionable recommendations and engaging narratives for executive audiences.

Core responsibilities include but not limited to:

Collaborative Strategy & Roadmap development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
• Leverage prior consulting experience to provide valuable insights, analysis, and expertise to guide clients through complex transformation journeys.
• Conduct thorough assessments and analyses to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Lead the creation of detailed transformational roadmaps, outlining key milestones, initiatives, and strategies for achieving client goals.
• Offer strategic guidance on operational improvements, organizational change, and market opportunities.

Storytelling Excellence:

• Craft comprehensive, turnkey presentations tailored for executives.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, impactful visuals and narratives that communicate core recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
• Drive the art of storytelling by creating narratives that resonate with executive stakeholders.
• Develop a compelling storyline that highlights the strategic importance of UX-driven and agile transformation efforts.

Client Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate closely with clients' leadership teams to understand their business needs, challenges, and aspirations. Establish rapport and credibility as a trusted advisor.
• Provide guidance on change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives within the client organization.

Thought Leadership:

• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business transformation.
• Share insights and thought leadership with both internal teams and clients.

Experience / Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or related field.
• Prior consulting experience (5+ years) required; preferably with top-tier consulting firms (Big 5).
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with a proven track record of creating impactful executive- level presentations.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of design thinking and agile methodologies.
• Change management expertise and the ability to guide clients through organizational shifts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and build strong client relationships.
• High level of adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving skills in dynamic consulting environments.
