Medical Biller with STRONG Follow up for OUT OF NETWORK PRACTICES, collections for both insurance and patients. This position is primary working A/R, following up sending any documentation to insurance or sending invoices to patients once they received payment.

A self starter, team player who consistently demonstrates extensive attention to detail, that would like to be part of a friendly and casual office.

Follow-up with insurance carriers in a regular and timely manner regarding claim status. Post payments and charges, correct, appeal, resubmit denied claims and if needed. Patient follow up. Conduct all job functions in compliance with HIPAA and industry regulations.

A MINIMUM of TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in medical billing, coding and collection required.

Experience managing an out-of-network healthcare provider accounts, especially pain management.

Experience with out-of-network medical claims and work flow.

Expertise in excel and other reporting formats required.

Professional demeanor.

Monday- Thursday 930-430, Fridays 10-2 once trained.
