Job Description:BundleBee Insurance Agency is seeking an Operations Manager with a background in accounting. The Operations Manager will be responsible for handling and reconciling commission statements. Communicating with internal and external clients. The Manager will also perform a wide range of administrative, clerical, and technical duties.Job Responsibilities:

Reconciling commission statements

Handling CPA requests

Working closely with other departments to ensure successful operations

Communicating with clients through verbal and written forms

The ideal candidate has:

Bachelor's Degree

Communicate Effectively through verbal and written forms

Proactive in providing solutions to problems

Ability to work in a team environment

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to maintain confidential information

Consistently delivers quality work in allotted timeframes

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Publisher
