    Requirements

    You’re a consultative salesperson who can identify potential prospects, engage them, discover their goals and/or problems, and present the platform’s unique value proposition to help them reach their goals or solve their problems.

    • Devise and execute a sales strategy to meet and/or exceed goals
    • Manage your pipeline through the sales process and properly document in Salesforce to maintain data integrity
    • Be a consultative sales professional with prospects and report relevant feedback to the company to improve platform quality and service delivery
    • Be able to demo the company’s value proposition via demo both virtually and in-person
    • Work both independently and as a valued team member enhancing the knowledge of those working with you
    • Become a subject matter expert on the platform and industry as a whole
    • Be a representative of the company at industry events

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of experience in a consultative sale
    • Experience selling into HR is highly desirable but not required
    • Strong communication skills both spoken and written
    • Ability to prioritize time in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and results-oriented
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
