We are currently looking for Buona-fide Front of House GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATES (Cashiers/Expo/Drive-thru) and Back of House COOKS for our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

FRONT OF HOUSE: 

• CASHIER:

  • Knowledge and understanding of our menu
  • Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm
  • Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests
  • Greet every guest with a smile!

• EXPEDITER/SERVER: 

  • Be able to recognize our food as it is presented from the kitchen
  • Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
  • Communication with kitchen and servers
  • Assist with take-out/phone orders
  • Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner

BACK OF HOUSE: 

• Learn the following positions (aprenderá las siguientes posiciones): Beef, Pizza, Broiler, Pasta, Cafe/Salads & Prep
• Follow recipes and food preparation processes properly_ (seguirá recetas y preparación de comida apropiadamente_) such as cooking, seasoning, grilling, chopping, dicing, cutting and slicing
• Maintain appropriate portion control and monitoring food levels on the line (mantendrá un control adecuado de las porciones y monitorea los niveles de alimentos en línea)
• Prepare quality food that meets our Buona standards_ (prepare alimentos de calidad que cumplan con nuestros estándares de Buona)_
• Restock food line
• Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety_ (Cumplira con las normas de salud y seguridad de alimentos, limpieza y seguridad)_
• Be speedy and accurate in fulfilling orders_ (Será rápido y preciso en el cumplimiento de pedidos)_
• Handle raw and finished waste according to established procedures_ (manejara los desechos crudos y terminados de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos)_
• Act with a sense of urgency with all guests, whether dine-in, takeout, or drive-thru (actuará con un sentido de urgencia con todos los invitados, ya sea para cenar, para llevar o para llevar)
• Washing cookware and utensils and cleaning equipment as assigned (lavar utensilios de cocina y utensilios y equipos de limpieza según lo asignado)

• Coachable, adaptable & eager to learn new skills
• Effective communicator
• Friendly and upbeat attitude
• Team oriented + self-motivated
• 1+ year in customer service role is a plus, but not required
