What does Bur Oak Group, Inc. do? We are a lot more than mowing! Our Construction Crews do a wide verity of jobs from mulching, installing paver patios, retention walls, to new construction installs and rejuvenation projects. They also help support Maintenance Crews when needed. You won't be bored! We have locations all across the Chicagoland area and into Wisconsin, allowing flexibility as to where our crews report to. Experience: -Foremen positions require pervious Landscape Maintenance experience and CDL is a major bonus. -Laborer's require no pervious experience. We train all personal, whether they are brand new or been with us 15 years, on each piece of equipment to ensure quality landscape care, equipment maintenance, and above all the safety of our crew. Duties: - Operate various machines. - Clean tools and assist foreman at the end of each day. - Able to follow instruction. - Polite and friendly with customers. - Teamwork a must. - Pick up landscape waste from each job daily. - Clean truck and trailer each day. - Fill machines with gas. - Be on time, dressed ready to go at start time. Compensation: -Construction Labor $19 per hour - Construction Foreman with CDL $25 per hour and up (depending on experience). ***Winter work available with our Snow Removal Division.
