Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and mentorship

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
• Identify training and development needs of team members and facilitate appropriate programs

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
