ROI Property Services LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with a focus on commercial landscaping, snow removal, and residential services. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new commercial and residential accounts, including securing contracts for snow removal, lawn care, and landscaping projects.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and actively pursue new commercial and residential sales opportunities, including snow removal and landscaping services.
- Conduct sales presentations and on-site visits to prospective clients to assess their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to secure ongoing and repeat business.
- Close sales deals and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Commercial Focus:
- Target commercial clients, including property managers, businesses, and HOAs, to secure contracts for lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal services.
- Expand the company's presence in the commercial sector by identifying opportunities for large-scale projects.
Client Management:
- Understand and address the unique needs of both commercial and residential clients, providing customized service solutions.
- Follow up with clients after service delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and keep ROI Property Services ahead of the competition.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for service expansion.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM software.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and future opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the office manager and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits
- Commission-based compensation structure:
- 10% commission on all new sales.
- 5% commission on recurring sales.
- 3% commission on recurring sales after the first renewal period.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in commercial landscaping, snow removal, or related industries.

- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
