    As a Burger King Team Member you will be an energetic, outgoing, people-oriented candidate with strong verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment maintaining high level of customer focus. The primary purpose of a Customer Service Associate is to directly interact with customers and deliver a fast, fun and friendly experience while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

    Duties:

    • Greets every customer in a quick and courteous manner.
    • Provides a pleasant dining experience to all our customers and responds to customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
    • Develops and maintains product knowledge and provides customers with product recommendations.
    • Follows sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
    • Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies and ordinances.
    • Sustains consistent high quality of food preparation and service.
    • Keeps professional image by maintaining proper uniform and appearance standards.
    • Works effectively with others (individuals and departments) in a positive, supportive and cooperative manner.
    • Helps other associates in their duties and assists new associates in learning their new job skills.
    • Communicates any issues of concerns and ensures all internal matters are presented to GM in a timely manner.
    • General knowledge of all point-of-sale equipment.
    • Processes customer sales accurately and efficiently. Ensures cash drawer levels are maintained in compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Receives and stocks all merchandise in accordance with company policy.
    • Ensures stock is faced up, clean and presentable at all times.
    • Follows company policies and procedures
    • Maintains a high standard of cleanliness.
    • Cleans in accordance with the brands specific sanitary standards including but not limited to: sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning walls, counters, tables, kitchen and service equipment.
    • Cleans the customer service area by removing trash, cleaning restrooms and the parking lot.
    • Performs all duties in a safe and responsible manner to assure workers, customers, suppliers/contractors and the environment are not at risk.
    • Complies with all company safety policies, procedures and instructions.
    • Uses materials handling procedures and equipment provided to minimize contamination or injury.
    • Reports to management any unsafe practice or condition and follows all safety initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Physically capable of standing for long hours.
