DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary point of contact with customer to generate sales leads. Greets customers who inquire about our services. Collects customer information. Ensures contact forms are properly completed. Answers general customer questions regarding HVAC systems. Sets up displays in store and attends special events.
