*** JOB IS LOCATED IN CALDWELL, ID *** WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED SALES ASSOCIATE THAT HAS EXPERIENCE WITH TRACTOR PARTS. DO YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF AGRICULTURE EQUIPMENT REPAIR? ARE YOU AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN LOOKING? DO YOU HAVE CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT REPAIR EXPERIENCE?

Burks Tractor Company, a Farm and Construction Equipment Parts, Sales, and Service Dealership, seeks Experienced Parts Specialist to work primarily in Shipping and Receiving. Other jobs duties will include maintaining displays on our showroom floor and assisting customers on the Front Counter.

We are a growing and fast-paced business that is looking to expand Part Sales in our Service Facility.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Customer service experience
• Some mechanical knowledge and experience, such as understanding engine, hydraulic, power train, air conditioning, or electrical systems.
• Knowledge in setting up effective sales displays.
• Detail-oriented and enjoys problem-solving.
• Ability to use online service and parts manuals, and computers.
• Personable, self-motivated, show a willingness to research difficult problems and handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to manage their time, be a team player, and work well under the high-paced atmosphere of this department.
• If you are a self-starter, showing up on time, good attitude, and want to improve your professional skills by attending annually sponsored OEM and dealership technical schools, apply for this job.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ year customer service
• Agriculture Equipment Repair (preferred)
• Automotive Technician (preferred)
• Construction Equipment Repair (preferred)
