SALARY: $43,752.80 to $48,547.20 per year, Grade 16

ABOUT THE POSITION: The Burleigh County State's Attorney's Office is adding a new part-time attorney position beginning January 1, 2023. We're looking for an attorney with an interest in assisting in the various Divisions within the State's Attorney's Office. This is a part-time, permanent position with no benefits.
ABOUT THE ROLE: Under supervision of the State's Attorney, is responsible for duties associated with various legal functions of the agency such as conducting lawsuits, gathering evidence, enforcing laws, and maintaining narrative files.
