As a part of our front desk staff, you will be a part of a dynamic team that positively impacts the lives of our members on a daily basis! You will participate in the operation and success of a fast paced fitness facility, build relationships with Burn members and the community in order to help maintain and build our member base. You will be responsible for providing our members with the best client experience ever!

Front desk responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Be the friendly face at the front desk - welcome members, assist with checking in, and answer questions.

Inviting prospective members to join our community

Utilize POS system to run retail purchases, organize retail display, and restock as necessary.

Create graphics and take pictures/videos in camp for social media.

Utilize mass text/email systems to send messages as directed.

Respond to emails and phone messages.

Other projects as needed.
