Burn Boot Camp’s childwatch program is an essential part of our client’s membership benefits and experience. We strive to provide the utmost care and respect for our Burn Kids and families, and a top notch experience so parents can have 45 minutes to workout.

Member Experience

Manage a team of 3-5 childwatch employees

Welcome parents & kids as they arrive; put parents at ease that their children will be well cared for in a happy and safe environment

Provide a tour of the childcare facility and explain check in/out process; answer any questions

Ensure childwatch liability forms have been completed and are on file

Organize and participate in recreational activities such as games, arts and crafts

Write/manage incident reports; scan into member profile; escalate as necessary

Enforce discipline consequences; escalate as necessary

Facility Cleanliness

Organize toys and materials

Sanitize toys, play equipment, wipe down as necessary

Complete the daily cleaning checklist with all team members (includes, but not limited to: vacuuming, cleaning, emptying garbage, etc.)
