Burn Boot Camp in Lakeway(Austin), TX is looking for a Burn Ambassador

The Burn Ambassador's role assists in running all “front of house” gym operations, with a strong focus on premium customer service and community growth. We need someone who is interested in fitness and be happy to interact with people. We also want someone who is good at social media and can compose good posts in Facebook and Instagram.

Burn Boot Camp, www.BurnBootCamp.com/lakeway-tx, is a premier fitness gym featuring indoor boot camp style workouts primarily for women, yet also offering some co-ed camps. Thus, looking for an individual that is enthusiastic about health and fitness who is able to be a customer service ambassador while providing operational assistance to ensure a beyond expected experience by everyone who walks in the door at any of our camps that range from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Address is 1603 Ranch Rd 620 N Lakeway TX 78734.

We are looking for 2 to 3 evenings a week of front desk work.

Job Description

Client Experience

Greet all clients as they arrive

Assist with sign-in/scanning in process

Perform mid trial follow up via email or face-to-face conversation.

Provide a tour of gym for new clients and trails.

Answer all client questions.

Client Growth

During last week of a client trail be sure to encourage/secure membership.

Follow up with all trials that ended and did not result in membership conversion.

MindBody Membership Management

Entering in new contracts/punch cards and assigning key tags.

Canceling/suspending/updating client contracts

Assisting members/non-members with any membership issues and add notes for each transaction

Retail/Marketing

Ensure retail section is upholding Burn Standards and restock if needed

If clients card declines be sure to get updated billing information.

Manage weekly retail promotions and assist with social media presence.

Assist signing up clients for Shaklee Memberships and Burn Nutrition Memberships.

Facility Cleanliness

Check Restrooms at beginning of shift and between camps, to ensure they are properly stocked and free of trash and debris on the floor.

If working the last morning shift or the evening shift vacuum floating floor.

Make sure all equipment is properly put away and report all damaged equipment promptly to studio manager.
