    Our fitness studios are expanding, and we need a Personal Trainer to assist our clients in reaching their fitness objectives. At Burn It Build It Fitness, we believe in empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals through personalized training, group classes, and expert nutrition guidance. As a Burn It Build It Fitness Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients toward their fitness aspirations, fostering a supportive and motivating environment, and delivering top-quality instruction and coaching. Responsibilities: Client Engagement and Support: • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment. • Conduct initial consultations to assess client fitness levels, goals, and any specific needs or considerations. • Develop personalized training programs tailored to individual client goals, preferences, and abilities. • Offer ongoing guidance, encouragement, and accountability to clients throughout their fitness journey. Group Class Instruction: • Lead engaging and effective group fitness classes, incorporating a variety of exercises and training modalities to challenge and inspire participants. • Ensure safety and proper form among class participants, offering modifications and adjustments as needed. One-on-One Coaching: • Provide focused, personalized coaching to clients during one-on-one training sessions, addressing specific goals, areas of improvement, and challenges. • Utilize your expertise in strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and functional movement to help clients maximize their potential and achieve optimal results. • Track client progress, adjust training plans as necessary, and celebrate milestones and achievements along the way. Nutrition Guidance: • Offer expert advice and guidance on nutrition principles, meal planning, and dietary strategies to support clients' fitness goals and overall well-being. • Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition for performance, recovery, and long-term health, helping them make sustainable lifestyle changes. Continuous Learning and Development: • Stay current with industry trends, research, and best practices in fitness training, nutrition, and wellness. • Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. • Collaborate with fellow trainers and fitness professionals to share insights, strategies, and resources for continual improvement. Qualifications: • Strong background in strength-based training, functional movement, and group fitness instruction. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and connect with clients of all ages and fitness levels. • Proficiency in developing individualized training programs and adapting workouts for diverse needs and abilities. • Sound understanding of nutrition principles and the ability to provide basic dietary guidance to clients. • Prior experience working in a fitness center, studio, or similar environment is preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a plus. Compensation: $40,000 - $75,000 per year DOE
