As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in building our brand's online presence, creating compelling branded content, and fostering online community interaction across our social media platforms. Responsibilities: • Participate in two group fitness classes per week • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for our social media channels • Foster interaction and build relationships with our online community through timely and authentic engagement • Monitor social media trends, best practices, and competitor activity to optimize our strategy. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand objectives. • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in social media marketing to continuously improve our strategy Qualifications: • Candidates must have time management skills, excellent communication skills, and project management skills • 2+ years as a marketing coordinator, social media specialist, or similar work experience • Strong understanding of trends across multiple social media platforms Compensation: $2,000 monthly + Bonus
