    Key Responsibilities

    Service and repair high-capacity commercial and industrial gas/oil burners and heating systems.

    Conduct combustion analysis and make necessary adjustments for efficiency and emissions compliance.

    Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues within burner and boiler systems.

    Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on commercial gas/oil systems.

    Replace and calibrate components including pumps, nozzles, motors, ignition transformers, and control panels.

    Document all work performed, parts used, and complete service reports accurately.

    Ensure all work meets local, state, and federal codes.

    Assist in commissioning newly installed commercial burner systems.

    Respond to emergency service calls on a rotating schedule.

    Qualifications

    3+ years of experience servicing commercial gas/oil burner systems

    Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and burner controls integration

    Familiarity with emissions testing protocols and reporting

    Valid gas/oil burner technician license or certification (as required)

    Strong understanding of combustion theory, burner controls, and boiler operation

    Experience with hydronic and steam boilers and other large mechanical systems

    Ability to read/interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

    OSHA 30 certification
