    This is a work-from-home position. Are you a bold, resourceful person who can get to the heart of the matter and influence people to make decisions? We are looking for an assertive, goal-oriented person who can build rapport quickly and does not get intimidated easily. Do you want to be in control of your financial future? This role is tailor-made for a true sales closer! 100% commission allows great sales reps to earn over $100,000 annually. You have to be a decisive, forward thinker who can manage your time and follow up with leads, as we will not micromanage you. If you love to hunt, the thrill of the close, and have some measure of the ability to follow our sales process, we are looking for you! You do not need to have real estate sales experience or be licensed. This position will involve speaking with clients and closing deals 100% over the phone. Tired of wasting time on cold leads? • WE ALREADY HAVE A DATABASE FULL OF WARM LEADS READY TO CLOSE. • We just need to find the right person that can get the job done! • We will provide all of the marketing and all of the pre-vetted leads you can handle. • YOU JUST PICK UP THE PHONE AND CLOSE! Responsibilities: • Speak with sellers on the phone and come up with a solution that works for them • Pre-call planning - You will assess the seller's home and come up with a price that we can offer • Follow up - Anyone who does not sign a contract on the first call will be put into the CRM for you to follow up Qualifications: • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position • Ability to build rapport over the phone Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 estimated first year salary - 100% Commission
