    JOB: Customer Service & Order Coordinator 

    COMPANY: MANUFACTURING COMPANY

    STAFFORD, TX  77477

    TYPE: Direct hire

    PAY: $20.00-25.00/hour 

    BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K  (Company matching 1% - 6%)

    HOURS: Monday – Friday, 40 hour week – 9/80 work schedule, either 7a -5p or 8a -6p;  the employee will be off every other Friday,

     

    CUSTOMER SERVICE & ORDER COORDINATOR 

    Our Department Representative plays a critical role in our company’s success. Utilize your strong leadership and communication skills working with the Order Processing team members to achieve department objectives. Experience in working with customers in a manufacturing/ service environment; Domestic and International experience a plus. Build customer relationships as well as support our technical services people. Good communication skills both verbal and written; must be detail oriented, have good organizational skills, works well with others, able to multitask assigned duties. Process orders, prepares quotes via phone, email, for a variety of machines, reviews large contracts submitted before orders are placed in the system.

     

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Service customer requirements for spare parts and repair needs through the Syteline order entry processing system
    • Handle general inquiries, quotes, order input, delivery and lead-time, assistance with shipping arrangements and negotiations
    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer data as well as general administrative, field service and marketing support.

    Qualifications:

     

    • 2+ years experience using Syteline Accounting Software in an order processing center

    • Take pride in delivering excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers.

    • Ability to plan, organize and manage projects and set priorities.

    • Knowledgeable of various freight forwarders

    • Order entry experience associated with ordering and shipping parts

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Some college, degree preferred

    • Bi-Lingual, must be able to Read, Write, Speak
