Tax Staff and Tax Senior

Years of Experience: Staff: 0-2 years’ experience. Senior 2-3 years’ experience (public accounting firm)

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite or Hybrid)

Shift: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Compensation: Based on experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Years of Experience: Staff: 0-2 years’ experience. Senior 2-3 years’ experience (public accounting firm)

• Experience preparing returns for Partnerships, S-Corps, and High Net Worth.

• Strong on the technical side.

• CPA preferred, not required for Senior or Staff

Responsibilities

• Work on tax engagements with mid-sized closely held businesses and individuals to ensure compliance with deadlines

• Preparation of federal, state, individual, partnership and corporation tax returns

• Research and planning on various tax matters

• Build strong relationships with clients

• Respond to inquiries from tax authorities

• Continuous research to keep up with new tax issues and laws
