Job Description

This position ensures that the Company's financial information is accurately recorded, maintained, and reported in accordance with GAAP, Company policies, federal, state, and local requirements. The expectation of attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and high moral character in every aspect of the job is paramount. This is a part-time position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 5 years of advanced accounting/bookkeeping experience with full GL, BS & PL responsibility and preparation
• Experienced with the current version of Quickbooks. Familiarity with other accounting software a plus.
• Worker's Compensation and business insurance coordination
• Sales & Use Tax compliance and reporting
• Full AP, AR & Payroll processing including accruals and JE's
• Job Cost accounting and reporting
• Inventory cycle counts and reconciliations
• Employee timesheet and expense report processing
• AR Collections
• Reconciliations of Bank and GL Accounts
• Other duties as may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• US Citizen, reliable transportation, valid drivers' license, and proof of insurance
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check with subsequent random testing thereafter
• Associate's degree in Accounting/Business preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have high integrity and moral character with sensitivity to handle confidential information
• Experienced with computers, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
