    Job Description

     

    Looking for an ENERGETIC Administrative Assistant

    with at least 2 years of recent Admin Experience.

     

    Successful candidate must bring an upbeat and helpful personality to customer and vendor service. You must be a quick learner who is detail oriented, reliable and has the ability to work in a team environment. You will need to meet critical deadlines and manage multiple tasks while occasionally working in a stressful environment.

    Initial Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    · Data Entry in Accounting Programs, Excel Spreadsheets, Dispatch Program

    · Maintain Office Supplies Inventory

    · Answer and direct small-medium volume calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently.

    · General correspondence between Vendors, Customers and Employees

    · Handle incoming/outgoing mail, USPS, FedEx, UPS etc…

    · Copying, Scanning, Filing Office Documents

    · Ability to Operate Standard Office Equipment

    · Project Management

     

    Requirements:

    ·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs Excel, Word and Outlook

    · Ability to type 65+ WPM

     

    Position Details:

    · Full-time (40 hours per week) with fringe benefits

    · Initial Working Hours 8:00AM -- 5:00PM, Monday through Friday

    · Compensation will start between $20-$24 per hour

    · Compensation will be hourly and based on experience and ability

    · Compensation includes medical, dental and life insurance benefits, within 1 month of hire

    · Eligible for 401k Retirement Plan with employer match within 1 month of hire
