Job Description

Monitor student tuition payments for in house and third party loan servicing. Ensure all payments are made on time and credit card transactions processed. Follow up with students in default to become current on account.

Payments/Receivables

Monitor tuition payments weekly

Verify and post payments to student account

Update credit cards as necessary

Contact past due account to bring current

Set up recurring tuition payments

Collections

Monitor collection accounts

Submit past due accounts to legal council
