This firm is built on trust and attention to detail. Clients come first. Accountability is mandatory. Our job is to provide a voice to those willing to take their cases to trial, despite the odds.

We are seeking an Attorney & Paralegal. We need to ensure the applicate fits with our firm, and our firm fits with the applicant. 99% of what we do is trial. Prior experience is helpful, but not mandatory. The right person is mandatory.

As a paralegal, we will determine your skill level and tailor tasks accordingly. We expect an understanding of pre-litigation, drafting complaints, responding and propounding discovery, excellent with clients, counsel and defense counsel's staff, and willing to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Deal with cranky defense attorneys while meeting and conferring
• Knowledge of Pre-Ligation
• Draft pleadings
• Propound and respond to discovery
• Communicate with clients
• Draft subpoenas, coordinate depositions
• Conduct research to support legal proceedings
• Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of disputes

​ Qualifications:

• Able to work 100% remotely while staying on task
• Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
• Familiarity with legal research
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
