RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote customer satisfaction by converting outgoing calls into booked service appointments
• Convey professionalism and authenticity by utilizing the company script when speaking with customers
• Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional
• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information
• Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ year outbound call center experience
• ABILITY TO WORK MON - FRI 11AM TO 8PM
• Strong communication
• Desire to help
• Ability to type 20+ WPM
• Ability to take detailed notes
