  Burton Restaurants LLC is a growing company located in Vista ,CA. We are seeking an enthusiastic and energized Bookkeeper/Junior Accountant to join our team.

The Candidate will work with the senior accountant/CFO and have working knowledge of the responsibilities below:

 Assist accountant in maintaining Chart of Accounts and assigning entries to proper accounts.

 Ensuring all transactions are correctly allocated into QuickBooks Online

 Reconciliation of AR, AP to GL.

 Prepare monthly & YTD P&L for presentation to the directors.

 Assist in preparation of annual financial reports to use for submission of tax returns.

 Prepare invoices and deal with customer requests.

 Monitor any variances from the projected budget

 High attention to detail

 Professionalism and organizational skills is always a must

 Experience with submission of Sales Tax to CDTFA

 Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office

 Experience with Reporting Software such as Tableau/Fathom is a plus

 Able to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines

*REQUIREMENTS *

 Associate or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, preferred

 5 years previous bookkeeping experience is a requirement

 References required
