Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designs and maintains burtsbeesbaby.com assets inclusive of homepage, seasonal landing pages, banners, graphic-headers, motion, and product detail pages
• Brainstorm with the team, strategize, conduct competitive research
• Image retouching and optimization
• Daily email design and preparation for development
• Collaborate with the external teams and developers on improving website user experience and troubleshooting errors
• Provide Amazon team with the assets for the Brand Store, APlus and product detail pages
• Support social media team when necessary
• Ongoing file management support including asset download, and file sharing with cross-functional partners

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Understanding of HTML and CSS principles, and Magento CMS
• Knowledge of web/mobile best practices
• Understanding of responsive design and web requirements
• Experience with animated gifs
• Detail oriented and collaborative
• Design degree or similar

HUGE PLUS:

• Video editing
• Experience with WordPress
• Previous experience with fashion retail
