Job Summary: This position is responsible for the transportation of the CCA students to and from the Viera campus, as well as to and from sports events.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Culture is a critical component. As an employee, we expect you to conduct yourself in a manner that reinforces the core values and mission of Calvary Chapel (Matthew 5:16) • Always be on time for work (Colossians 3:23) • Greet the students as they are entering the van • Must have and maintain an excellent driving record • Enforce any safety rules in place for passengers of vehicle (1 Corinthians 14:40) • Be familiar with emergency protocol • Willing to work a split shift (Proverbs 16:3) • Remain calm in all situations (Ephesians 4:3) • Be respectful to parents when interacting with them • Keep all (students, parents, staff) personal and medical information confidential (Proverbs 21:23) • Keep the ministry in the forefront of all you do • Function as a productive part of the church staff and attend staff meetings in coordination with direct supervisor (1 Peter 4:10) • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor (Colossians 3:23)
Skills and Competencies:
• Must have a CDL with S&P endorsements • Good communication skills, especially with students ages K-12 • Conscientious driver, maintaining composure during all driving conditions
