What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who can strike that balance; not overly strict but not easily ignored either. You should be able to set clear expectations, follow through consistently, and still have kids excited to see you each day. This role requires awareness, patience, and a good sense of humor, especially when transitioning from the road to the classroom.

If you’re dependable behind the wheel and confident supporting a variety of classrooms, this role offers a great opportunity to make an impact across our entire program.
