About the Role:

Zaza Group LLC is looking for a reliable and professional Bus Operator to join our team in Morristown, NJ. This is a great opportunity for a skilled driver who takes pride in providing safe, on-time transportation and exceptional passenger service every day.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a bus along designated routes in and around Morristown, NJ

Follow all traffic laws, transit regulations, and company safety policies

Assist passengers with boarding, alighting, and fare collection

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure bus is in proper working condition

Maintain accurate trip logs, incident reports, and other required documentation

Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors regarding route updates or delays

Provide courteous, professional customer service to all passengers

Requirements:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement

Clean driving record with no major violations

Previous bus or commercial vehicle driving experience preferred

Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns in the Morristown, NJ area

Ability to pass a DOT physical and background check

Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious work ethic

Strong communication and customer service skills
