About the Role:

Join CRAYON KIDS LEARNING ACADEMY LLC as a Bus Driver, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our children during their daily commutes. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing a positive transportation experience for our little learners.

Responsibilities:

Safely transport children to and from the academy and designated locations.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards.

Maintain a clean and organized bus environment for passengers.

Assist children in boarding and exiting the bus safely.

Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding transportation schedules.

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

Report any vehicle issues or incidents to management promptly.

Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere during rides to encourage a love for learning.

Requirements:

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a passenger endorsement.

Previous experience driving children or in a school transportation setting preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

Clean driving record with no major violations.

Must pass background checks and drug screenings.

Flexible availability for morning and afternoon shifts.

Passion for working with children and creating a safe environment.
