Seasonal Service Representative (Class B Truck Driver) Will Train for Class B CDL
Busch Distributors, Inc. is looking for a person who would like to work for a local, small business with a positive atmosphere. We can provide the training for you to obtain your Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. We need a person that can provide great customer service while delivering fuel and lubes to our local customers. Job Description:
Overall Objective:
The overall objective of this job is to efficiently make timely and safe delivery of petroleum products to our customers.

Completes and submits required paperwork.
Standards for the key result areas of the job are:
A1. “Keep full” customers have fuel 99.9% of time
A2. Non truck and trailer will call orders received from commercial/ag customers before noon will be delivered before the end of the same business day 95% of the time.
A3. Heating fuel will call orders will be delivered by the end of the next business day.
B1. No spill larger than 4oz during loading or unloading.
B2. Strict adherence to company material handling policies.
B3. Strict adherence to DOT regulations
B4. Performs maintenance on assigned truck as specified in company vehicle maintenance procedures.
C1. Wear neat and clean Busch Dist. uniform while on duty.
C2. Wash truck weekly or more frequently as necessary
C3. 4 hours per quarter spent on product training.
D1. Spend 3-5 minutes as appropriate visiting with customers on every delivery.
D2. Relays customer comments, suggestions or questions to appropriate person by the end of shift.
D3. Maintains “10 most wanted” new customer list for assigned area.
E1. Completes and submits paperwork as specified in company inventory control policy each time product is moved or sold.
E2. Secures customer account payments received and submits to accounting office by the end of the day received.
E3. Completes quotation form for all price quotes exceeding $250.00 and submits copy to Sales Manager by end of the day.
E4. Completes daily sales call sheet.
Physical qualifications:
Frequently: Pull 100’ length of 1 1/4” hose
Pull 20 foot long 3” hose 50’
Climb 10’ ladder with 1 1/4” hose
Manual dexterity/strength to work with 3” hoses and couplings
Able to walk/stand/crouch on catwalk and top of truck
Able to work around petroleum products
Able to work outside both winter and summer
Occasionally: Lift 120 pounds
Rarely: Lay down/stand up 400 pound barrel
