**Key Responsibilities:
**

• Prompt arrival to the plant at 4:00am in Season and 5:00am in off-season (May/June – Oct/Nov)
• Customer Order Entry upon arrival in order to help facilitate morning production that begins one hour after your arrival
• Invoice and Data Entry during morning production; input data into Bush Brothers ERP system to generate invoices and track production progress.
• Answer telephone inquires and help solve issues/concerns that arise from such calls
• Monitor email accounts for new inbound orders, enter such orders into the system and help facilitate their fulfillment.
• Communicate any invoicing issues or customer service issues with Plant Management and Executive Management team.

Duties:

• Consistent attendance is highly valued as Customer Service Reps are crucial to upholding the service reputation of the business.
• Prior Experience in Foodservice or Consumer Products would be viewed favorably, but not required
• Comfortable with Computers and basic Computing functions
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
• Available to work Monday-Friday 4am-2pm, and Saturday 4am-10am (during off season it becomes 5:00am start)

Compensation:

Pay for this job is based on experience, and is negotiable. Hours are plentiful, and overtime is readily available.

Qualifications:

• Good interpersonal skills.
• Prompt, daily attendance, combined with a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills.
• Some experience is preferred, preferably in the foodservice or distribution roles.
